Tulsa, OK – Highway 169 is open again after being shut down for awhile this morning after ice formed on the roadway. The expressway was closed from 11th to 91st streets while the Oklahoma Department of Transportation came in an laid down a layer of salt and sand.

Numerous accidents had happened on the roadway, including on on the 51st street ramp in which a pick-up over turned.
