1 Dead after Being Struck by Train in Norman

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Norman police say one person is dead after being struck by train in Norman, but authorities were not sure if the person was already dead when struck.

The person's name and other information were not released.

Police Capt. Tom Easley said in a news release that the body was being sent to the state medical examiner's office and that Burlington Northern Santa Fe officials are assisting in the investigation.
