Coal en EPA to Review Power Plant Rule <p>WASHINGTON (AP) &mdash; The Environmental Protection Agency is reviewing part of a controversial rule that sets the first federal standards to reduce toxic air pollution from power plants.</p><p>The rule was issued in December.
