Undersheriff &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Tim Albin says the concept is for a regional facility to train Tulsa deputies, but also those from smaller jurisdictions.</p><p>The facility will include a dispatch center, a shooting range, a driver training track, classrooms, and living quarters. More than 40 new deputies are coming on board, and most of them have just completed a four week jail academy. Major Shannon Clark says Sheriff Glanz has decided to dismiss the pending lawsuit against the DOC. Every year, on the anniversary of her disappearance, her family and the Tulsa Sheriff’s Office set up a mobile Cold Case Command Post at the shopping center. The Commission meeting room at the courthouse is crowded as Chief Deputy Tim Albin takes the oath of office to become the second in command at the Sheriff&rsquo;s Office. Albin has been with the office since 1989. It&rsquo;s been announced that Tulsa Undersheriff Brian Edwards will become the chief law enforcement officer at the Grand River Dam Authority in northeastern Oklahoma. His official title will be Assistant General Manager for Law Enforcement and Homeland Security. The official announcement came at the GRDA&rsquo;s board meeting in Vinita. Edwards will retire April 27<sup>th</sup>.
