Karl Krause returns as the cynical miser Ebeneezer Scrooge, whose hard heart softens thanks to the intervention of his dead business partner Jacob Marley and visitations by three spirits on a mission. With book and score by Tulsans Robert Odle and Rick Averill, A Christmas Carol has been entertaining green country families for generations. The outstanding moving set, designed by ATC founding member Richard Ellis, continues to charm and move audiences into the heart of Victorian London. In addition to Krause, this 41st performance again features John Knippers as The Ghost of Christmas Present, Rick Reiman as Jacob Marley, and Brittany Wright as the Ghost of Christmas Past. Cody McCoy returns to the cast, portraying young Scrooge and Scrooge’s nephew Fred. Edward Durnal, Executive Director of American Theatre company directs, with musical direction by Ashlee Elmore.
